Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with available tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, destination, and shipping carrier.

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 4-8 business days after processing. Some products may require additional time.

The estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout or provided with your order should be considered the most current estimate.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur because of weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, customs processing, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

If an order has not yet shipped and you notice an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at techfrais2@gmail.com.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address or intercept the package.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at techfrais2@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, when applicable, photos of the package and product so we can review the issue and provide instructions.
